➢ Any services that not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

➢ Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle

malfunctions. Political disturbances etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellations are made 15 -30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellations are made 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

PLEASE NOTE: We charge 2.9% of the total amount of booking as our service fee in case of any cancellation over and above the above cancellation charges
